Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. For large freight items like built-in grills, we will contact you to coordinate a specific delivery window.
Do your BBQs come with a warranty?
Yes, all Tucker BBQs products come with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty. Our premium stainless steel models feature a 10-year limited warranty on the body and burners.
Can I convert my BBQ from LPG to Natural Gas?
Most of our models are available in both LPG and Natural Gas configurations. If you wish to convert your existing unit, we offer official conversion kits that must be installed by a licensed gas fitter.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for large freight items, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer assembly services?
We provide detailed assembly manuals and videos for all products. For customers in select metropolitan areas, we can arrange professional assembly services for an additional fee.
How do I maintain my BBQ to prevent rust?
To ensure longevity, we recommend cleaning your grill after every use and using a fitted Tucker BBQs weather cover. Regularly applying a high-quality stainless steel protector will also help maintain the finish.
